Man allegedly held woman captive in mobile home and sexually abused her | Crime reports

Millmont, Pennsylvania. – Police have charged a Sunbury man after a complainant said he repeatedly sexually assaulted her and handcuffed her in his mobile home.

Jordan Reitz, 25, allegedly assaulted the plaintiff on the evening of May 16 after picking her up and taking her to a campground in Union County. Jessica Naschke of the state police in Milton says the first incident occurred when Reitz forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him while he was driving to Sunsational Family Campground in Millmont, despite her repeatedly saying “no.” Reitz also had a male passenger in the back seat of the truck at the time, who later told police he witnessed the abuse but felt he could do nothing to stop it, the affidavit states.

When the group arrived at the campground, the accuser refused to go into Reitz’s RV. She asked him to take her home, but he refused. Reitz had also taken the accuser’s cell phone. Eventually, Reitz opened the door to the RV and pushed the accuser inside, where he forcibly removed her shirt and bra and handcuffed her, the affidavit states. The accuser repeatedly told him “no” while he blindfolded her with a T-shirt and allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him.

The other man came into the trailer to use the restroom, and Reitz allegedly tried to get him to participate in the sexual assault. The man told Reitz he was not comfortable doing so, but Reitz allegedly tried to grab him by the genitals and ripped his pants down. Reitz then removed the accuser’s handcuffs and ordered the man to leave the trailer to get him cigarettes.

When Reitz brought the plaintiff home later that evening, he forced her to perform oral sex again. Reitz threatened to throw her cell phone out the window if she did not perform oral sex, the affidavit states.

The plaintiff came to PSP Milton Barracks later that evening to report the attack.

Police charged Reitz with a total of 19 counts of involuntary sexual abuse, indecent assault, indecent battery, coercion and sexual abuse. All but three of the charges were heard in court during a preliminary hearing in District Judge Jeffrey Mensch’s office. Reitz remains in the Union County Jail on $200,000 bond while he awaits formal arraignment on August 5 before Union County Judge Michael Piecuch.
