Landry Locker leaves SportsRadio 610 in Houston

Landry Locker, who has been featured at SportsRadio 610 in Houston as host and executive producer, announced yesterday that this is his final show with the station and that he is taking his talents to YouTube. Locker was recently part of the In the loop show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day of the week.

“Today was my last show at SportsRadio 610,” Locker posted on his X account. “I’m going to focus on The locker room streaming on YouTube and trying to grow with the game. I also have to find a balance between not burning out and maintaining the joy I’ve always had being in the best company in the world. 610 is still the sports leader and I have great memories with everyone on that team, the success and the roller coaster ride was fun and I NEVER took a show for granted. Fun time to follow and talk about sports around here. I’m blessed and that’s a bit basic to say I’m blessed, lol. I’m speaking to you this evening at 10:30 p.m. in the center of the Locker Room.

The locker room with Landry Locker The YouTube page has over 750 videos and currently has over 9,000 subscribers. Locker describes the page as “a resource for Texans, Houston and NFL sports fans who want to have the pulse of what’s happening in Houston.” »

Locker moved to Houston in late 2016 after briefly working with The Fan in Cleveland as executive producer of the Ken Carman Show. Before that, he worked for ESPN Radio in Dallas.
