Sammy Guevara’s suspension is reportedly over

An update on AEW superstar Sammy Guevara.

The former three-time TNT champion has been out of action since February due to a suspension for failing to follow concussion protocols during a match against Jeff Hardy. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Guevara’s suspension is finally over, but there is no current information on when he will return to programming. It is noted that plot suggestions have already been made for the Spanish sex god, but nothing has been confirmed about it yet.

Jeff Hardy is still out with the injury he sustained in the game against Guevara. Guevara tried a shooting star press and landed right on Hardy’s face. Instead of finishing as instructed, Guevara then hit his GTH finisher on a wobbly Hardy.
