Indiana Silver Alert issued for residents of Batesville

BATESVILLE, Indiana – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Batesville woman.

Batesville Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Sonya Balsley, a 28-year-old woman who was last seen at 10 a.m. Monday.

She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.

Police described Balsley as a 5-foot-4, 200-pound black woman with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with black and red sleeves and black leggings, police said.
