Police: Off-duty NYPD officer arrested in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY (PIX11) – Authorities say an off-duty NYPD officer was arrested in Brooklyn Sunday night.

Noe Tattegrain, 37, was taken into custody around 10:30 p.m.

He was charged with assault.
