For a contemporary new build in the heart of Atlanta, Annysa LaMantia anchored the space with a Roche Bobois dining table and displayed the client’s art collection on the walls. “Given the high ceilings of the space, I wanted to both provide ambient light in the dining room and create a focal point on the wall. So I chose the Formala lamp by Zaneen which was carefully shaped to give the final shape presented,” explains LaMantia. “This room adds a beautiful sense of movement to the linear architecture and contributes greatly to the feng shui of the room, as does the water feature in the corner and the greenery we used to play with the exterior views just above- beyond the dining room.”

Designer Annysa LaMantia founded her eponymous company in 2017, bringing her take on contemporary design to clients in Atlanta and across the United States. LaMantia, who has dual American and Italian citizenship, is known for his high-end residential and commercial designs, which incorporate refined materials, custom features and a sense of drama. Inspired by art and travel, the designer adapts each space to a client’s needs and character, designing spaces that are both timeless and impactful.
