Man wanted by Pennsylvania State Police

ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police have filed numerous charges against a man, including rape of a child, after a victim came forward.

According to court documents, Warren Schelhaus, 40, was charged with rape of a child, sexual assault of a minor, aggravated battery of a child, sexual assault and indecent assault of a person under 13.

According to the affidavit of sufficient suspicion, Schelhaus raped the victim when she was between five and seven years old.

Schelhaus is currently wanted by police for the above charges. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Pennsylvania State Police at 717-334-8111.
