Adams Street infill project moves forward

Buffalo Erie Niagara Land Improvement Corporation (BENLIC) is proposing four one-story homes and eight two-story homes in the 500 block of Adams Street. BENLIC is working with Buccilli Custom Homes to build the twelve homes on 23 vacant lots.

We got a glimpse of the ranch-style plan proposed in the project a few weeks ago when BENLIC requested a variance for excessive lot width and insufficient transparency for the planned residence at the corner of Adams and Brown streets. The side elevation of this home has been revised to add a window to the master bedroom.

The single-story plan features three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 1,320 square feet. of living space. The home also features a full front porch, an unfinished basement, and a one-car attached or detached garage.

Michael Lukaszewski designed the homes that will be sold at a discounted price to buyers earning 100 percent or less of the area median income.
