Licking man arrested on outstanding warrants, patrol says

A Licking man has faced multiple charges following his arrest Saturday in Laclede County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Kyle A. Rector, 36, was wanted on Texas County warrants for failure to appear on a charge of expired plates and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.

He is being held in the Laclede County Jail.
