1 charged with capital crime after man shot on motorcycle in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (WBRC) – Birmingham police said they have made an arrest after Obray Carter was shot and killed while riding a motorcycle in the North Titusville neighborhood on Wednesday, June 5.

According to BPD, 39-year-old Keena Deon Creer was arrested on Wednesday, June 12, in the 2500 block of Acton Road after a felony warrant was obtained on Tuesday, June 11.

Officials say Creer is being held without bail in the Jefferson County Jail.
