The night will be cool and pleasant with some high and medium clouds in the sky.

Tomorrow will be warmer and still pleasant. Everyone is encouraged to keep air pollution down by carpooling, taking the bus, and getting gas at or after 7 p.m. CT.

On Friday and the weekend it will be hotter and eventually more humid.

Tuesday: Air Quality Warning for Desoto County. Mostly sunny, warmer and still pleasant for Memphis and the entire Mid-South. Highs around 30 degrees. Wind: Northeast 2-6 mph.

Thursday: Sunny and hotter. Highs around 90 degrees.

Friday: Sunny and much hotter and more humid. Highs around 95 degrees.

Saturday: Hazy, hot and humid. Highs around 35 degrees. Heat index at or above 38 degrees.

Sunday: Hazy, hot and humid. Highs between 35 and 40 degrees. Heat index at or above 38 degrees.

Monday: Hazy, hot and humid with the possibility of showers in the afternoon and evening. Maximum temperatures just above 35 degrees. Heat index between 35 and 40 degrees.
