Second-grade teacher at a Cincinnati school arrested for child pornography

A second-grade teacher at a Cincinnati school has been arrested on child pornography charges. According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, 61-year-old Amit Netanel was charged with distributing sexually oriented material involving a minor following his arrest on Thursday. The Sheriff’s Office said the Regional Electronics and Computer Investigations Division began investigating Netanel after a person was reported sharing images containing child pornography using the messaging app Kik. As a result of the investigation, officers served a search warrant for Netanel’s residence, which led to his arrest. Netanel is a second-grade teacher at Rockwern Academy in Kenwood. He was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center on Thursday. The Sheriff’s Office’s investigation into Netanel is ongoing. As a result of the investigation, officers issued a search warrant for Netanel’s apartment, which led to his arrest.

Netanel is a second-grade teacher at Rockwern Academy in Kenwood. He was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center on Thursday.
