The case occurred on Oct. 2 when officers responded to an information call in the 3300 block of La Pita Mangana Road. Officers spoke with an 18-year-old woman and her 17-year-old sister, both of whom said they had been sexually abused by Sanchez, an affidavit states.

The 18-year-old said the first incident happened when she was 10 years old. She recalled Sanchez forcing her to touch his underwear near his private parts. The 18-year-old described being “shocked and disgusted.” She ran to her bedroom crying. Sanchez then apologized and added that he wouldn’t do it again, authorities said.

She also described how between the ages of 11 and 13, Sanchez brought her close to his private parts while both were fully clothed. She added that Sanchez fondled her breast and placed his hand on her chest. The 18-year-old estimated that this happened about 50 times between the ages of 11 and 13, court documents say.

The 18-year-old also stated that Sanchez “actually assaulted” her when she was 14 years old. She stated that Sanchez went into her bedroom and asked if she was awake. Sanchez then sat on the edge of the bed. Sanchez then asked if he could touch her, police said.

The 18-year-old recalled being “confused.” Sanchez then asked her if she was on her period while he sexually assaulted her. Sanchez eventually stopped and said “bye” before leaving. She continued to cry for a few minutes after Sanchez left. She then took a shower and continued to cry, authorities said.

The 18-year-old recalled another incident when she was 14. Sanchez began massaging her “butt” and then told her to turn around. Sanchez then continued to touch the girl inappropriately. She added that in another incident, Sanchez forcibly kissed her and put his tongue in her mouth, police said.

She added that the last time Sanchez touched her inappropriately was when she was 17 years old. Sanchez insisted on massaging her. Sanchez massaged her butt, breasts, and the side of her body. Court documents mention other incidents in which Sanchez sexually abused the girl.

Sanchez once told the 18-year-old that she looked good with lipstick, authorities said.

The 18-year-old had messages from Sanchez on Facebook Messenger, one of which read, “Can I eat you?” Her phone was subjected to a forensic examination, which uncovered additional messages, according to court documents.

The 17-year-old recalled that when she was 10 years old, Sanchez would touch her breasts and private parts over her clothes. Over the years, Sanchez went from touching her clothes to sexually abusing the girl, authorities said.

The 17-year-old recalled Sanchez reaching under her pants and underwear to feel her private parts. She stated that the last time this happened was when she was 16 years old. During one sexual encounter, Sanchez told the 17-year-old, “Andale, you belong only to me,” the affidavit states.

Court documents detail additional instances of sexual abuse between Sanchez and the 17-year-old. Sanchez threatened the 17-year-old that he would report her mother for being in the country illegally if she told anyone about the abuse, police said.

The 17-year-old girl further stated that Sanchez sent her messages on Facebook Messenger. One message read, “I want to lick you,” according to court documents.

On January 25, the investigator contacted Sanchez and arranged a meeting with him at LPD headquarters that same day. Later that same day, Sanchez’s attorney contacted the investigator and informed him that his client would not be testifying.

The attorney asked the investigator to meet him at his office the next day. At the meeting, the attorney told the investigator that he was only representing Sanchez in a divorce proceeding, the affidavit states.
