Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the rapper.

In the lawsuit reviewed by TMZ, Pisciotta, 35, said West, 46, recruited her to work for him when she was earning seven figures annually through an OnlyFans account.

Pisciotta said West then sent her several explicit videos and text messages, telling her in the sound of her voice that he played with himself and pestering her with questions about the genital size of her former boyfriends.

Pisciotta said she worked for West from July 2021 to October 2022, when he terminated her employment. After they agreed to a $3 million severance package, Pisciotta said in legal documents that West never paid the amount.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta accuses West of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract and hostile employment relationships, the newspaper said.

Pisciotta, 35, said West, 46, recruited her to work for him when she was earning seven figures annually through an OnlyFans account.

Pisciotta said she first met the rapper in July 2021 while he was working on projects in the fashion industry, the outlet reported, citing legal documents.

Pisciotta told the court she collaborated with West on three songs from his studio album “Donda,” released in August 2021.

Pisciotta said she maintained her lucrative OnlyFans account until the summer of 2022, when West asked her to delete it because he wanted her to have a “godlike” image.

Pisciotta said in court that West offered her an annual bonus of one million dollars to give up the lucrative accounts and she agreed.

Pisciotta said in legal documents that West began with a series of explicit text messages and videos about sex and included scenarios involving interracial play and cuckolding.

One of West’s alleged text messages that was the subject of the lawsuit read: “My problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard she got fucked while I fuck her. Then I want her to cheat on me.”

The outlet stated that West continued to send a series of “REALLY vulgar” messages to his then-employee.

A text message sent by West and included in court documents by Pisciotta read, according to the outlet, “Is my dick racist? It is. That damn racist dick of mine. I’m going to beat that damn racist dick up for being damn racist.”

Pisciotta said West, photographed here in LA in March, sent her a series of sexually charged texts and videos that were explicit in nature.

Pisciotta said in legal documents that West was “fixated on the penis size of her friends”

He continued: “I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist sh*t… beat the shit out of his big black sh*t.”

Pisciotta said in court that West notified her when he was playing and asked her if she could hear what was going on in the background, the outlet reported.

Pisciotta said in legal documents that West was “fixated on her friends’ penis size,” according to the outlet.

Pisciotta stated in court that West frequently sent her pornographic material, including twice clips of himself engaging in sexual acts with a woman who was listed as a model.

Pisciotta said in legal documents that at one point she was earning $4 million annually while holding a position West described as his “chief of staff.”

Pisciotta’s time at West ended in October 2022 – the same month his career, reputation and income began to decline sharply after he made a series of anti-Semitic remarks on multiple media platforms.

Pisciotta stated in court that West terminated her employment and offered her a $3 million severance package, which he did not pay.

In November 2022, Adidas launched an internal investigation into employee complaints about West’s behavior during their professional collaboration, but it was terminated due to West’s racist comments.

Pisciotta told the court that West terminated her employment in October 2022 and offered her a $3 million severance package, which he did not honor.

Employees at Adidas, the company responsible for West’s Yeezy line, told Rolling Stone that the rapper would talk about his penchant for porn, play adult films during work meetings and show employees pornographic videos he had made of himself and others, as well as explicit images of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

In 2019, West spoke about what he described as an “addiction” to pornography during an appearance on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio.

“For me, Playboy was my gateway into porn addiction,” he said. “My dad had given me a Playboy when I was five, and that influenced almost every decision I made for the rest of my life. From the age of five to now, I have to give up the addiction, and it just comes out like it’s OK, and I stand up and say, ‘No, that’s not OK.'”
