United Dance 5th Anniversary Class for Youth with Down Syndrome at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta

UNITED DANCE announced its collaboration with the High Museum of Art for its dance and choreography class, which began yesterday.

Thanks to the generosity of the Atlanta-based Latham Foundation, this course is offered free of charge. United Dance would like to express its sincere gratitude for the continued support and generosity of the Latham Foundation.

This enriching program, aimed at promoting inclusion and welcoming diversity, is designed to empower and inspire youth and young adults with Down syndrome. The class will take place Tuesday, May 28 through Sunday, June 2, 2024 at the prestigious High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Georgia.

Throughout the week, participants will learn new moves and choreography, leading up to a final performance inspired by this breathtaking location. This performance will be presented to the public on Sunday.

United Dance has earned a reputation for exceptional specialist dance and art education with classes taught in world-class studios located within esteemed cultural institutions and landmarks such as the Paris Opera Ballet School , the New York Center, the Amsterdam National Opera and Ballet, and The Meir Palace in Antwerp.

The Atlanta Dance and Choreography Class is an extraordinary chance for young participants to explore, grow and express their individuality through dance in a stimulating and inspiring setting. United Dance extends an open invitation to all to participate and witness the magic of this inclusive dance class.
