Houston resources for those in need, from housing to mental health

Lone Star Legal Aid offers assistance to low-income Texans. You can contact them through their website or call their main office at 713-652-0077.

Here you will find volunteer attorneys in Houston who can help you with a variety of matters, such as housing, taxes, employment law, and family law, among others.

The Houston Food Bank has a network of 1,600 community partners across 18 counties in Southeast Texas. You can find help near you on this website by entering your zip code or by calling their helpline at 832-369-9390.

Feeding Texas has a network of 21 food banks and serves every county in Texas. You can learn more about them on their website here or by calling 512-527-3613.

Grace Place offers a drop-in program on Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm for youth ages 13-24 who are experiencing homelessness. All genders and sexualities are welcome.
