Fatal accident leads to closure of I-95 in Brevard County

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida. – A fatal crash on Interstate 95 in Brevard County forced all southbound lanes to be closed Sunday morning near Micco, according to the Florida Highway Patrol and Florida Department of Transportation.

At approximately 10:46 a.m., FHP officers were dispatched to the area of ​​Mile 165, near St. Johns Heritage Parkway.

According to FDOT, at the time of this writing, traffic was backed up as far as mile marker 166.
