Providence Police Investigate Early Morning Incident at 91 Lofts

PROVIDENCE, RI (WLNE) — Police were on scene overnight in Providence on Hartford Avenue.

ABC 6 news crews observed several people being taken away from the scene. Dozens of police officers stood outside the 91 Lofts apartment complex.
