Mediaweek shocked by “founded” allegations of sexual harassment

The publisher of Mediaweek, one of Australia’s largest media trade publications, has severed its relationship with its external recruitment firm after it investigated complaints that it sexually harassed female employees.

Trent Thomas, the CEO of Mediaweek, then hired a second human resources consultant to investigate, who concluded that it was highly likely that he had bullied and sexually harassed a member of his team.
