Man bound with zip ties during robbery at home in Nashville, Tennessee: police

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A woman has been arrested in connection with a brutal robbery at a Nashville home, officials said.

According to court documents, on Thursday, June 27, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Trailwood Circle to respond to reports of a robbery.


The victim reportedly told police that he woke up after being hit in the head with a gun.

According to authorities, the victim claimed that 33-year-old Larrea Jackson bound his hands and ankles with zip ties while another person continued to hit him with the weapon.

Jackson took the victim’s phone after tying it up with zip ties, officials said. An arrest report states she “took the victim’s property by force.”

According to police, the victim suffered “severe cuts” to his head during the robbery.

Jackson was taken into custody on Friday, July 5. She was charged with aggravated robbery and remains in custody with bail set at $150,000.

The identity of the other person involved in the crime is not yet known. Further information has not been released at this time.
