Man Poses as Metro Atlanta Police Officer to Rob Massage Parlor

The Tyrone Police Department is currently searching for a man posing as one of their own.

Police say a man entered a massage parlor on N. Hwy. 74 just before 5:30 p.m. on June 29 and said he was a law enforcement officer.

They say he pretended to inspect the building and asked for the IDs of all employees.

During his “search” he stole $460 from one of the employees’ wallets and left.

Anyone who sees him should not approach him but instead call 911.
