Man and woman found dead in Rosemead, authorities investigating

Authorities are investigating after a man and a woman were found dead in Rosemead on Wednesday.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s officials responded to reports of a person not breathing near the 7600 block of Steddom Drive around 12:20 p.m.


When officers arrived, they found a man and a woman, both unconscious and not breathing. Paramedics pronounced them dead at the scene.

The cause of death is still under investigation. Authorities have not released their identities and the circumstances leading to their deaths are unclear.

Homicide detectives arrived at the scene and the official cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office.

No arrests were made at the scene. The relationship between the two victims is unknown.
