‘Cinderella’

Visit the Nathaniel Center in Kingwood to see the nonprofit theater school Center Stage’s production of “Cinderella.” Part of the nonprofit’s Child Enrichment Series, the show will feature a group of young performers from the Lake Houston area.

ESL Café

Visit the Kingwood Branch Library to attend a special event aimed at adults who are learning English and are looking for an opportunity to practice in an informal setting. The free event will offer coffee and refreshments, a chance to play table games and opportunities to practice English by chatting with others.

Tasting of truly Greek and truly unique wines and olive oil

Visit JMP Wines for a wine and olive oil tasting including selections imported from Greece. Among the wines that will be offered for tasting are Akakias, a Greek Xinomavro sparkling wine; Paros, a white wine from Monemvassia; and Santo, a white wine from Assyritiko. The event will begin with a question-and-answer session with store managers and will include a free charcuterie box for attendees.

Weekend at the park
