The event, part of the Positive Interaction Program (PIP) and coordinated by the Greater Houston Loss Prevention Alliance (GHLPA), introduced attendees to Buddy, a beloved HPD horse known for his love of morning peppermint candy. The initiative aims to foster community involvement and provide meaningful experiences for attendees.
