The racing community mourns the loss of a beloved member.

Lizzy Musi – who rose to national fame with “Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings” – has died after her battle with breast cancer, her father Pat Musi confirmed. She was 33 years old.

“Surrounded by her family, in the safety of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven tonight at 11:25 p.m.,” he captioned his June 27 Facebook update. “Thank you for all the prayers and support during her fight. At this time, the family would like time to process the incident in peace, grieve and make arrangements. We will provide an update as soon as we have information to share.”

Musi, originally from North Carolina, rose to national prominence in drag racing when she was cast in Discovery Channel’s “Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings,” a spin-off of the original 2018 series. She starred in the show alongside her father.

In April 2023, Musi shared that she had been diagnosed with Stage IV triple-negative breast cancer after the disease was found in her liver and lymph nodes, and since then, the reality star has been open with fans about her health condition.

“The month of APRIL marks a full year since I was diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative breast cancer,” she captioned an April 11 video she shared on Instagram. “I am so grateful for what I have learned on this journey. I now know that my life has meaning. I am thankful that I can keep going. GOD, the support of my family and friends, and my knowledgeable doctors give me strength.”

Following the news of Musi’s death, numerous fans expressed their condolences in their recent social media posts.

“Rest in peace Lizzy. You fought a damn good girl,” wrote one user, while another added: “God bless you Lizzy, shout out to all the racers watching. Thinking of your family.”

“We are at a loss for words,” the two wrote in a joint Instagram post. “The racing world and the Street Outlaws family lost one of its greats today. Rest in peace, Lizzy.”
