Fatal house fire in Comanche under investigation | KTAB

COMANCHE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – One person was killed in a house fire in Comanche early Wednesday morning.

On June 26, at approximately 2:58 a.m., emergency crews were called to the 500 block of South Bryan Street to respond to a house fire that was already fully engulfed. When they entered the home after extinguishing the fire, they found one person dead.

This fire is currently under investigation with assistance from the State Fire Marshal’s Office. The identity of the victim has not been released pending positive identification by the Medical Examiner’s Office. No foul play is suspected at this time.
