Hutchinson sued the companies after Jamie Lee Komoroski, 26, allegedly drove an Enterprise rental car into the golf cart of Miller, 34, and Hutchinson, 36, as they drove away from their beach wedding reception in April 2023.

In a wrongful death lawsuit, Hutchinson accused the bars of serving Komoroski too much beer.
