Two people injured in crash near Buffalo

TOWNSHIP OF ROCKFORD (WJON News) — Two people were injured in a crash near Buffalo Saturday afternoon. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, around 3:30 p.m., a pickup truck driven by a 61-year-old man Daniel Gynild from Minneapolis was heading east on Highway 55.

Meanwhile, a car driven by a 21-year-old Natalie Owens of Mound was heading north on County Road 14 and both vehicles crashed at the intersection.

Two passengers in 18-year-old Owens’ car Dajae Lambert and 20 years Charlotte White, both from Minnetonka were injured and transported to North Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Gynild and Owens were not injured in the crash.
