Actress and politician Kangana Ranaut was allegedly slapped by a CISF trooper at the Chandigarh airport on June 6. According to reports, CISF trooper Kulwinder Kaur has been suspended and the CISF is reportedly planning to file a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused police officer. Kangana Ranaut addressed the incident in a video shared on Instagram, narrating how during a security check at the airport, a CISF officer came out of another booth and slapped her on the face while also verbally abusing her. Kangana expressed her concern over the incident and questioned how such issues should be handled, especially in light of the rising terrorism and extremism in Punjab.
