The sun brought the news on Wednesday that the Family vacation at the Jersey Shore Star was arrested Sunday night at her home in New Jersey. MTV “Dirty Little Hamster,” who appears in the show, was charged with simple assault, property damage, obstruction of justice and resistance to state authority.

Accordingly The sunHowever, Angelina did not have to go to the Monmouth County Jail because she was “released on summons and received a sentence based on the seriousness of the crime.”

Aside from confirming that Angelina was served with a city summons on June 2—and confirming charges against her—local police were unwilling to provide the media with any information about the incident. TMZ reports that police refused to release details of the incident that led to the arrest, citing that “the nature of what happened at Angelina’s home is being kept secret and they are unable to release details.” (The Ashley No details could be ascertained.)

While the police are not speaking, Angelina’s lawyer James Leonard, IsIn an interview with TMZexplained that what happened to Angie was no big deal and that Angelina had had a bad reaction to her medication.

“This is nothing more than a very minor incident that was made worse by a side effect from an over-the-counter prescription medication,” he told the website. “We look forward to resolving this matter in our favor and putting it behind us. Angelina is resting at home and has no further comment at this time.”

When you’re trying to figure out how a drug can be both “over the counter” and “prescription”.

Angelina’s lawyer also stressed that if the incident had been more serious, no charges would have been brought against her.

Angelina’s court date is set for July. As of press time, Vinny is not facing any charges related to the June 2 incident, and he and Angelina currently follow each other on Instagram.

Angelina has not yet made any public comment on her arrest.
