Peoria Heights is looking for three people in connection with Sunday night’s shooting

PEORIA HEIGHTS, Illinois – Peoria Heights police are searching for three people suspected of being involved in a shooting at a gas station late Sunday afternoon.

According to police, shots were fired at Beck’s on East War Memorial Drive shortly before 5:45 p.m. Upon arrival, police and the suspect found that both had left the scene.

Officers reportedly found nine bullet casings near the gas pumps.

Police subsequently located the victim and the vehicle reportedly used in the shooting and took possession of the vehicle.

The three suspects are:

  • Brailen R. Moore, 18, black male, 5’9″, 290 lbs.
  • Gage R. Spengler, 22, white male, 5’10”, 135lbs.
  • Jontin Q. Evans, 22, black male, 6’1″, 125 lbs.

According to Peoria Heights police, all three are wanted for mob activity, while Moore is also charged with dangerous use of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.
