KCSO child abuse investigation leads to arrest of Kerrville man | Local News

In response to a notification from the Department of Family and Protective Services, the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division opened an investigation into allegations of child abuse on May 6.

Following the initial investigation, the department issued an arrest warrant for 39-year-old John Paul Richardson of Kerrville.
