Vijayawada: A 26-year-old deaf-mute woman was raped by three unidentified accused in Krishna district. The incident came to light on Tuesday when the victim complained of severe stomach pain and was taken to the hospital for examination. There, doctors told her family members that she was two months pregnant. The victim’s parents then filed a police report. The police launched a manhunt for the fugitive defendant.TNN
