Grants Pass Man Jailed for Alleged Theft – KQEN News Radio

A Grants Pass man was jailed Monday for an alleged theft.

A Roseburg police report states that officers responded to the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway at 3 p.m. after a caller said there had been a bicycle theft. Shortly afterwards, 47-year-old Donald Brothers was found with the bike in the area and admitted to stealing it. When contacted, the brothers originally gave a false name and admitted that they had provided false information because there was an arrest warrant for him.

He was charged with second-degree larceny, giving false information to a law enforcement officer and multiple warrants, including two out of state. Bail was set at $40,000.
