An investigation is underway after a shooting in Lexington County

LEXINGTON, SC (WOLO) – One person was injured following a shooting in Lexington County, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.

According to investigators, officers were called to a home in the 100 block of Leslie Loch Lane near Irmo. The caller told officers that a woman had shot a man she knew. The caller also said the shooting victim was already on his way to the hospital. Investigators interviewed people at the scene and went to the hospital to find out more.

According to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department, 20-year-old Chrystal Gordon is charged with aggravated and aggravated domestic violence and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
