Here is the 7,325,793,257. Reason why I plan to homeschool my children.

Rebecca Joynes, a math teacher in Manchester, UK, just had a baby with a teenager she slept with. She did this while out on bail for having sex with another of her students.

I guess raping a child just wasn’t enough for Miss Joynes.

Manchester Evening News reported that Joynes gave the first boy 10 digits of her phone number and had him try to guess the 11th. Joynes then forced the boy on a shopping spree, which CCTV footage confirmed, during which she bought him a Gucci belt after picking him up from his house. That evening, Joynes allegedly took the student back to her apartment to rape him twice as he spent the night at her home.

As the New York Post stated, Joynes “laughed” as he had unprotected sex with the student after “telling her he was too young to even drive.”

“She said, ‘Oh, shut up’ … ‘Stop saying that,'” the 15-year-old student said.

Joynes admits to going to the store with the boy and that he visited her house, but denies any sexual activity.

While appearing in court in this case, Joynes allegedly slept with another minor!

Joynes was suspended from work in the first instance and apparently thought that her time off from teaching somehow made it okay to have sexual relations with another boy.

She and this minor allegedly chatted on Snapchat, kissed once and then, as prosecutors mentioned, their relationship became sexual in nature.

As the Manchester Evening News noted, Joynes is said to have told the child that it would be “almost impossible” for her to become pregnant as she suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome. Nevertheless, a little girl was conceived.

Apparently, Joynes gave the baby’s father an item that said, “I love you, daddy.” Joynes also reportedly “laid down rose petals” that same night and had a Victoria’s Secret “scratch card” with various sex positions on it for the two of them to try out.

Joynes tried to justify her actions by claiming that she was not a teacher at the time of raping this second boy and that he was 16, which is the legal age of consent in the UK. However, if it is a child and an authority figure, this age is raised to 18 years.

“Ms Joynes, of Pensby Road, Wirral, denies four counts of sexual activity with a child and two counts of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust,” stated the Manchester Evening News.

While this story takes place in Europe, this behavior is no stranger to the United States.

A 24-year-old Wisconsin elementary school teacher was recently arrested for allegedly “making out” with one of her fifth-graders. In California, a teacher simply pleaded no contest after being accused of raping a 14-year-old student at his eighth-grade graduation. A Minnesota teacher had sex with one of her 18-year-old students and pleaded guilty in February. Earlier this month, another teacher pleaded guilty to sneaking into the home and bed of a 14-year-old student to rape him. A teacher in Iowa pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual acts with numerous minors, including sending them nude photos and “fondling or touching” at least one of them. Ms. Phillips, of Kentucky, admitted to having sex with “numerous teenagers” during her time as a teacher’s assistant, and in January, a Louisiana teacher was arrested after she allegedly “sexted” a 15-year-old student at her school. Yes, and the worst thing is, this is all only from the first months of 2024.

All in all, this type of behavior, where someone who is supposed to be a trustworthy adult coerces, cultivates and abuses children, needs to stop.
