Seneca Falls woman arrested for drunk driving after December accident

Authorities in Seneca Falls have made an arrest following a lengthy investigation into an accident involving property damage.

Seneca Falls Police report the arrest of Brianna S. Long, 38, of Seneca Falls. Long was arrested Sunday following a DWI investigation dated December 21, 2023.

In December, police responded to Bauer Road on a traffic complaint and found Long driving erratically, colliding with a mailbox and intoxicated. Later medical tests revealed that her blood alcohol content was nearly five times the legal limit.

Long received tickets for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to use a designated lane. She will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
