Third-grade girl in AP raped and killed by underage classmates

In a horrific incident in Andhra Pradesh, an eight-year-old minor girl was raped and killed by three minor boys from the same school. The incident took place in Nadhyal district. They threw her body into a canal to destroy evidence.

The three minor boys targeted an 8-year-old girl who was playing in a park. They took her to a remote area near Muchumarri Dam and took turns raping and killing her. Two of the accused are 12 years old and in Grade 6, and one is 13 years old and in Grade 7.

The girl’s father reported her missing on Sunday. Police deployed a sniffer dog to assist in the search. The dog’s clues led them to the home of the three underage boys. Police arrested all three and the boys reportedly confessed to raping and murdering the young girl.

The police continue to treat it as a missing person case as the girl’s body has not yet been found.
