Silver Alert issued for missing 79-year-old man from Garden Ridge

GARDEN RIDGE, Texas – Garden Ridge police are searching for a missing 79-year-old man who they believe poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.

According to official information, Gordan Chisenhall is 1.78 m tall and weighs around 76 kg.

He has gray hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing glasses, a checkered short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes. He is missing the tip of his left middle finger.

According to police, he drove off in a silver 2014 GMC Sierra with Texas license plate 5TWSM on July 10 around 3 p.m. in the 9500 block of Sumac Circle in Garden Ridge. The vehicle has a dent above the rear passenger tire.

According to officials, Chisenhall has been diagnosed with cognitive impairment.
