Food delivery driver stabbed to death in Waldorf after road rage incident

WALDORF, Maryland. – On June 30 at approximately 10:57 p.m., officers responded to a report of a stabbing at a residence in Waldorf. When officers arrived, they found an adult male with multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to a hospital with serious injuries.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim, a food delivery driver, was stopped at a red light on St. Patrick’s Drive at Crain Highway in Waldorf when two vehicles stopped and positioned themselves on either side of the victim’s car. The occupants of both cars began to argue with the victim. The victim and the occupants of the suspect’s vehicles exited their cars, at which point the victim was stabbed multiple times. He got into his car and drove to his home, where a family member called 9-1-1. The suspects fled.

During their investigation, officers were able to find surveillance footage showing the two vehicles involved in the suspect’s vehicle. One of the vehicles appears to be a dark SUV, the other a dark sedan.
