Philadelphia radio sportscaster Howard Eskin has been banned from Phillies home games for the remainder of the season. The decision follows an investigation by Audacy that found that Eskin kissed an employee of food delivery company Aramark at Citizens Bank Park without her consent.

Audacy, the parent company of SportsRadio 94WIP, issued a statement acknowledging the incident and confirming that they “immediately investigated” the matter after learning of the Aramark employee’s “unwanted kiss,” according to the Philadelphia Inquirer earlier this week.

“We have cooperated with our partners at Audacy and Aramark in their investigations,” the Phillies said, emphasizing the seriousness of the allegations. “We support Audacy’s decision to suspend Howard Eskin from Citizens Bank Park.”

Aramark confirmed in its statement that the allegations were confirmed by their investigation. “We then worked with Audacy and the Phillies to ensure appropriate measures were taken to protect our employee and all Aramark employees at Citizens Bank Park,” Aramark said.

Eskin, a native of Philadelphia, played a key role in launching SportsRadio 94WIP’s first sports/talk show in 1986. He was inducted into the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame in 2022.
