Miramar police ask for help in search of missing 14-year-old

MIRAMAR, Florida. – Miramar police are searching for a 14-year-old boy who was reported missing.

According to police, Patrick Ferguson left his home in the 5100 block of Southwest 171st Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and never returned.

He was last seen wearing the clothing shown in the photo above – a white shirt with the word “Falcons” across the chest and green pants with a white stripe and stars.

Authorities say he may be barefoot.

According to police, Patrick is 6’1″ tall and weighs about 120 pounds. He has a birthmark on his left cheek and walks on his tiptoes.

According to police, Patrick is considered a “vulnerable” missing youth and is known to travel long distances on foot.
