Three-star Houston RB Wesley Yarbrough commits to Arizona Wildcats

Arizona doubled its recruiting class Monday with three commits — and the final commit became the Wildcats’ top running back in the class.

2025 Houston-area three-star running back Wesley Yarbrough has committed to Arizona over Oklahoma State, Arizona State, Houston, TCU and Utah, among others.

Yarbrough joined Long Beach, Calif. cornerback Josh Tuchek and Texas three-star athlete Sean Robinson as new commits in Arizona’s ’25 class. Yarbrough recently visited Tucson

Yarbrough, 5-10 and 195 pounds, is ranked by 247Sports.com as the 46th best running back in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

As a junior at Crosby High School, Yarbrough totaled 152 carries for 737 yards and eight touchdowns, in addition to three rushing touchdowns; he had 1,068 all-purpose yards.

Arizona currently has six 2025 commits.
