Shooting investigation underway following incident near Market Basket in Lynn – Boston News, Weather, Sports

LYNN, MASS. (WHDH) – Police have launched a shooting investigation after a vehicle became stuck in bushes near a Market Basket in Lynn on Saturday.

According to Lynn Police, officers responding to a reported shooting on Federal Street around 9:30 p.m. found one person injured. That person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Investigators could be seen examining a vehicle that was sticking out of some trees and bushes near the supermarket.

Police have not released any further information.
