Street in northeast Reno closed as police execute arrest warrant

RENO, Nevada (KOLO) – Reno police are executing a search warrant in northeast Reno following a confrontation between two gangs that included shots being fired Thursday night.

While police executed the warrant, Denslowe Drive was closed from Sterling Way to Beech Street.

Both the RPD and the University of Nevada, Reno, police were on scene.

Police did not provide any further details.
