SEDGWICK COUNTY – Wichita Police are attempting to locate Anjaliyah S. Orange and Jeremiah Z. Walker because they may have information regarding a homicide that occurred on June 4, 2024 in the 4800 block of East Funston.

Shortly after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sedgwick County 911 dispatch received a call reporting a shooting in the 4800 block of East Funston, according to police Capt. Aaron Moses.

Preliminary findings indicate that Gordon was involved in an argument with another person at the time of the shooting, suggesting that this was not a random act of violence, according to Moses.
