Power outage in Chennai: THESE areas will have power outages today, checklist

As per the provisions of Section 131 of the Electricity Act, 2003, TNEB was reorganised as TNEB Limited, Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) and Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation Limited (TANTRANSCO) on 1 November 2010.

Chennai: There will be a power outage in some parts of Chennai in and around Thiruvanmiyur from 9 am to 3 pm on June 7 to carry out maintenance work on the 11 kV Indira Nagar feeder line. Once the work is completed, power supply will be restored before 3 pm.

Power outage areas in Chennai

According to reports, there will be power disruption on one side of LB Road, Kamaraj Nagar 6th to 12th East Street and Kamaraj Avenue, LB Road – OLYMPIA Apts, LB Road – Suraj and Chand Towers, LB Road – Ramaniyam Sanjivini and surrounding areas.
