Levi Wright’s mother describes the heartbreaking final moments before her accident

After the death of her and rodeo star Spencer Wright3-year-old Levi WrightIn a heartbreaking message, Kallie details the events leading up to Levi’s accident on May 21 – in which he and his toy tractor were swept into a river.

“If you haven’t been to my house, it’s hard to imagine how something like this could happen,” she wrote in a June 6 Facebook post. “We have a creek running through our 60-acre property that separates our house from Grandma and Grandpa’s. There’s a concrete road running through that creek. That’s how we got to their house safely most days.”

Kallie – who is also mother of a daughter Steeley5, and son Brae9 months, with Spencer – went on to explain that her children often rode their bikes or toys across the creek, or even walked, and that the road only “has water for a short time each year and the water can change overnight.” As an example, she included a video of her family traversing the area on horseback.

Kallie wrote that on the day of his accident, Levi “didn’t do anything he hasn’t done before,” but that the water that day was strong enough to push his tractor off the road.
