Buffalo man charged with public lewdness

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was arrested and charged Friday following several alleged incidents of indecent assault, according to the Buffalo Police Department.

Orlando Martinez, 26, was identified as a suspect in two alleged incidents that occurred on May 28. Officers say they responded to an indecency call around 5 p.m. in the 500 block of W Delavan Avenue, then another call of a similar nature. around 6 p.m. on the 900 block of Elmwood Ave.

Martinez was charged with two counts of public lewdness.

North West District detectives say similar allegations occurred in the area on the same day. The investigation is ongoing.
