Lyons man arrested for drunk driving – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Newark man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for drunk driving.

The charges against Carlton Fleming stem from a traffic stop in the city of Lyons in which the 50-year-old was driving a car while under the influence of alcohol. Fleming was taken to the sheriff’s office, where he voluntarily submitted to a breathalyzer test, which revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.14%.

Fleming was charged with drunken driving and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or more.
